Stepwise Induction of Multi-target Model Trees

摘要: Multi-target model trees are which predict the values of several target continuous variables simultaneously. Each leaf such a tree contains linear models, each predicting value different variable. We propose an algorithm for inducing in stepwise fashion. Experiments show that multi-target much smaller than corresponding sets single-target and induced faster, while achieving comparable accuracies.
