摘要: A 45-year old male presented latero-cervical lymphoadenopathy. Biopsy revealed a malignant proliferation of immature "lymphoid" cells bearing T6 antigen and HLA-DR but negative for other lymphoid markers, suggesting phenotype similar to Langerhans cells. The patient did not receive any therapy six months later developed histologically typical histiocytosis, involving spleen liver. Other reported cases malignancies (two the on blast cells) preceding histiocytosis were found compared with ours. Most these characterized by pediatric age patients as acute leukemias exhibiting, in at least some them, reliable T-cell markers. Our case appears represent, hand, blastic precursors both histiocytes dendritic which eventually progressed histiocytosis. relevance this observation debate origin relationships existing between macrophages is discussed.
