摘要: The giant marine algal cells of Acetabularia exhibit under normal conditions a resting potential about -170 mV, which is far more negative than the equilibrium potassium, EK ≈ -90 most diffusion this cell. discrepancy seems to arise from an electrogenic Cl- influx, operating in parallel with passive diffusional system (GRADMANN, 1970), because membrane drops toward when influx inhibited by darkness, low temperature or metabolic agents (SADDLER, 1970a).
