摘要: PURPOSE This study aimed to assess the sleep quality of patients with complaint non-cyclical breast pain (NCBP), compare them a healthy control group, and analyze interrelationship pain, anxiety, depression, life. METHODS cross-sectional was conducted in consecutive women presenting general surgery clinic between May 2020 December 2020. Patients diagnosed NCBP formed one group for 44 receiving routine well-woman care group. Evaluations were undertaken using Nottingham Health Profile (NHP), short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ), Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). RESULTS Of 160 patients, 116 controls. Poor (PSQI > 5) present 59% (n = 69) 38% (n = 17) controls (p = 0.018). According PSQI global score, overall significantly lower compared (p < 0.007). latency, duration, daytime dysfunction major components determining score (p = 0.004, p = 0.004, p < 0.001, respectively). The correlation matrix revealed statistically significant HAD-A, HAD-D, SF-MSQ NHP subgroups (p < 0.001) whereas this detected only among CONCLUSIONS A considerable proportion regardless sensory or affective characteristics trajectory experience disturbances.
