摘要: This paper presents vibration analysis of a circular piezoelectric micro-plate in fluidic environment. PVDF film is used as the material. material with asymmetric matrix constants and shows different properties directions. The governing equations, which are more complicated compared to piezo-ceramics, derived. boundary conditions for plate assumed fully clamped at outer edge, case many micro devices. Liquid modeled damping foundation under plate. equations motion solved using generalized differential quadrature method obtain Eigen frequencies mode shapes results by developed finite element analysis.
