摘要: Arterial insufficiency of the hands due to vascular spasm-morbus Raynaud is an extremely unpleasant condition. Elicited by cold temperatures, disease can make it impossible for patient go out in environments. The condition seldom leads skin necrosis, which case arterial caused occlusion. In both cases may be diminished thoracic sympathectomy. Our test series operations included 14 patients with m. or All experienced improvement, warm, dry and satisfactory healing after thoracoscopic sympathicotomy. However, six months, original symptoms recurred all Raynaud, while improvement continued occlusion during two four year period observation.
