IRS-III: a broker for semantic web services based applications

摘要: In this paper we describe IRS-III which takes a semantic broker based approach to creating applications from Semantic Web Services by mediating between service requester and one or more providers. Business organisations can view as the basic mechanism for integrating data processes across on Web. This extends previous publications IRS providing an overall description of our framework point application development. More specifically, methodology building using illustrate through use case e-government.
