摘要: Background: Debate continues about what split-thickness skin graft donor-site dressing provides the best outcomes for patients at lowest cost. The goal of this systematic review was to determine which dressings are associated with following: pain, infection rate, healing quality, quality life, and Methods: A comprehensive literature assessment undertaken by two independent reviewers. Articles were selected using specific inclusion criteria. Split-thickness classified as either moist or nonmoist based on state upon initial application. Methodological randomized controlled trials assessed Jadad scale. Results: Seventy-five relevant articles included in final analysis, three articles. most commonly measured outcome rate (64 72), followed pain (58 (40 cost (15 72). No studies life. majority (35 75), observational (22 unsystematic clinical observations (three 75). It difficult compare because methodological heterogeneity available evidence suggests, however, that superior terms pain. Conclusions: Some weak exists supports "wet dressings." To dressing, more methodologically sound needed. Trials parallel economic evaluations should be answer question.
