摘要: Profiles of customary physical activity (CPA) and psychological wellbeing were obtained from a random community sample 1,042 individuals aged 65 years over. Activities assessed with regard to their estimated minimum energy cost and/or assumed contribution functional capacity. The structure CPA, associations between levels, morale mental health then investigated. Women men showed clear differences in the organisation patterns, these reflected activity–affect relationships. For men, factor scores derived first principal component CPA emerged as significant, though modest, predictors well-being regression discriminant analyses. women, however, failed significantly predict levels or when medical demographic factors controlled. results indicate that, among present cohort retired elderly people, relationships are weak, indirect gender-specific.
