摘要: After the articles by Eisenhammer, Parks, Hanley, and Goligher classification system established Sumikoshi, surgeons in Japan became very active creating modifying new sphincter-preserving surgical procedures for low intersphincteric ischiorectal fistulas. This article reviews literature, summarizes each procedure, identifies transitions, discusses recurrence rates, cures, subsequent variations. Japanese favor techniques fistulas that involve partial or complete coring out of fistula tracts. Common coring-out muscle-filling procedures. The rates are between 5 6 percent, whereas used on 7 to 10 percent range.
