Intra-abdominal pressure, intra-abdominal hypertension, and pregnancy: a review

摘要: The last several decades have seen many advances in the recognition and prevention of abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) its precursor, intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH). There has also been a relative explosion knowledge critical care, trauma, surgical populations, inception society dedicated to understanding, World Society Abdominal Compartment Syndrome (WSACS). However, there almost no or appreciation potential presence, influence, management pressure (IAP), IAH, ACS pregnancy. This review highlights importance relevance IAP critically ill parturient, current lack normative values pregnancy today, along with relationship between IAH maternal diseases such as preeclampsia-eclampsia impact on fetal development. Finally, measurement guidelines are questioned, they do not take into account gravid uterus mechanical intra-vesicular pressure.
