摘要: Muscular dystrophies are characteristic of muscle atrophy and weakness. One the major consequences various muscular is a progressive loss strength. We developed new method for estimating tissue hardness using an acoustic resonant sensor. The external medium in contact with specific sensor probe constitutes mechanical load that modifies resonance state interaction between results compression shear waves propagating at frequency around 25 kHz. A small deformation applied to remain elastic domain. has been validated on reference samples biological materials: we have shown sensitive difference properties from area mice.
