摘要: The physical principles and modern modeling approaches for phase separation in binary alloys are reviewed. A fundamental distinction between the different simulation models is their description of moving interface during process. phases either atomically rough, or a diffuse with smooth transition phases, finally sharp geometric discontinuous jump bulk properties one to other. Advantages disadvantages these microscopic, mesoscopic macroscopic presented. Concerning examples given some emphasis put on influence elastic interactions caused by misfit transformation
