Rapid Estimation of Heat Accumulation from Maximum and Minimum Temperatures

摘要: A method is presented for estimating heat accumulation by using daily maximum and minimum temperatures assuming the sine curve as an approximation of diurnal temperature curve. table given a day, computer program described accumulating units over 1—year period. The technique permits use upper well lower threshold has precision in order ± 5%.
