摘要: Abstract Tb3+-doped ZnMoO4 green phosphor was synthesized by a co-precipitation method. The morphology and structure of the were characterized Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray diffraction (XRD). Photoluminescence (PL) spectra also used to characterize ZnMoO4:Tb3+ samples. results show that has triclinic with diameters ranging from 1.0 2.0 μm. obtained emits light emission centered at 541 nm corresponding 5D4 → 7F5 transition Tb3+ when excited 378 nm or 488 nm. optimized concentration is 15 mol.% for highest intensity 541 nm, quenching occurs beyond 15 mol.%. mechanism can be interpreted quadrupole–quadrupole interaction ions. present work suggests convenient, cost-effective method phosphor, which may lead potential applications in white light-emitting diodes (WLED).
