摘要: Using a unidirectional flow ion mobility detector, non-selective detection, tunable selective and complete Fourier transformed spectra were successfully obtained after supercritical fluid chromatography on compounds with higher molecular weights than have been previously investigated. In the most mode, single oligomers from polymeric material could be independently detected. transform capabilities of this instrument, for each oligomer in chromatographic separation. The collection individual components has not possible prior to technique described paper. Only complex mixtures are available literature. study all simple, uncomplicated consisting only one or two product peaks. Ko values reported work range 0.633 1.61, which some lowest ever spectrometry. With design mobile phase, carbon dioxide, was efficiently eliminated detector so that spectrometer operated its normal manner. fact CO2 did interfere operation indicates other fluids may also compatible sensitive versatile detection method.
