摘要: Abstract Geometric deviation, defined as the difference between nominal surface and simulation model of machined surface, is fundamental concern five-axis tool path planning. Since part cutter envelope generated by motion, it necessary to calculate in order obtain geometric deviation. In stage planning, current approaches using motion along given path. However, practical machining on a specific CNC machine different from Moreover, computation very challenging when accurate applied surface. To overcome these two problems, approach with major distinctions proposed this paper. First, undergoing general efficiently obtained closed-form vector expression. Second, which determined kinematic interpolation scheme machining, can be easily With deviation calculated estimate overcut or undercut milling. An example demonstrate validity method.
