摘要: Several experiments reported at this Workshop offer compelling evidence for the presence of anharmonic oxygen vibrations (“nonlinear phonons”) and double-well potentials in high-T c superconductors. Also were extensive experimental theoretical marginal Fermi-liquid character hybrid O(2p)-Cu(3d) hole/electron states responsible both normal-state metallic superconducting properties oxides.
