摘要: This study aims to examine how the level of reverse logistics adoption among manufacturers in Malaysia can be influenced by customer/stakeholder pressure, regulatory financial and competitive corporate citizenship pressure. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire, respondents managers manufacturing firms located Northern States Peninsular Klang Valley.
