摘要: The aim of the present study was to evaluate effects IV lidocaine on autonomic cardiac function changes in tracheal intubation (TI) during sevoflurane anaesthesia by using more reliable parameters, namely, analysis QT dispersion and heart rate variability (HRV) from Holter monitoring. In this prospective, double-blind study, 44 American Society Anaesthesiologists class I-II patients scheduled for hysterectomy were randomly equally divided into 2 groups; a control group (group S, n = 22) LS, 22). Before induction anaesthesia, electrocardiograms (ECG) all recorded 3 minutes as baseline parameters. both groups, induced with 7% O2 at 6L min-1 via facemask minutes. However, before 1 mg kg-1 given intravenously (IV). For muscle relaxation TI, vecuronium participants. Three after administration vecuronium, TI performed an ECG synchronously another results later records used postintubation Baseline data analysed. When compared values, LF/HF SDNN values increased S (P 0.005, P 0.001, respectively), whereas LF HF decreased LS 0.014, 0.041, respectively). Under influence resulted sympathetic activation. activation attenuated 5 prior TI.
