摘要: Cartilage defects pose a great threat to the health of aging population. has limited self-regeneration ability because it lacks blood vessels, nerves and lymph. To achieve efficient cartilage regeneration, supramolecular hydrogels are used in medical applications tissue engineering as they tunable reversible nature. Moreover, possess interactions which allow incorporation cells. These present potential for engineering-based therapies. This review presents advances development stem cell-laden hydrogels. We discuss new possibilities cell therapy their uses engineering. Gray areas future perspectives discussed.
