摘要: We tested a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) for detecting vitellogenin (VTG) in plasma and surface mucus of copper redhorse, Moxostoma hubbsi, threatened fish species. The LFIA detected VTG samples from estradiol-induced fish, though there was no reaction noninduced individuals. minimum detection range 0.08 to 0.60 μg VTG/ml, comparable other methods. has the potential detect exposure estrogenic endocrine-disrupting chemicals.
