Mild cognitive impairment: cognitive screening or neuropsychological assessment?

摘要: OBJETIVO: Descrever o perfil neuropsicologico dos subtipos de comprometimento cognitivo leve, amnestico, nao-amnestico e multiplos dominios, uma amostra clinica. Alem disto, avaliou-se as propriedades diagnosticas do Mini-exame Estado Mental Cambridge Cognitive Examination na identificacao diferentes leve pratica METODO: Avaliacao clinica neuropsicologica transversal 249 idosos em memoria um hospital universitario Sao Paulo, Brasil. RESULTADOS: Testes rastreio para demencia (Mini-exame Examination) identificam corretamente casos doenca Alzheimer mas nao apresentam boa acuracia diferenciar os diversos leve. A performance sujeitos portadores foi heterogenea nos testes da bateria neuropsicologica, com tendencia a pior global pacientes subtipo amnestico (especialmente envolvimento dominios cognitivos) relacao ao nao-amnestico. CONCLUSOES: discriminacao possivel somente partir avaliacao detalhada. Desta maneira, necessario desenvolvimento novas estrategias esta condicao
