摘要: A large number of studies on customer satisfaction and loyalty have been conducted in marketing over the years. Customer is a crucial factor for bank success it has possibility to influence loyalty. From theoretical perspective very important investigate which factors satisfaction. This paper analyzes basic factors affects towards services Bank. study adopted empirical research design sample size 401 respondents who were customers different banks Syria.
