摘要: The study aimed to observe and analyze the dynamic accommodation binocular vision changes in myopic children after they switched from spectacles orthokeratology (ortho-k) lenses. Thirty-six aged 8-14 years were enrolled this prospective, self-controlled West China Hospital. General information was gathered, examinations performed at baseline 1, 3, 6, 12 months switching ortho-k examination included assessments of distance/near visual acuity, horizontal vertical ocular alignment, vergence range, accommodative amplitude, monocular/binocular facility, response, positive negative relative (PRA/NRA), convergence/accommodation (AC/A), stereopsis, reading ability. After lenses, distance near alignment showed an exophoric shift (distance: p = 0.001, near: 0.002), range decreased by different degrees (convergence: blur point (p break 0.005), 0.011), 0.043); divergence: < 0.001), recover 0.005)). stereopsis ability facility PRA 0.010) increased. lag amplitude calculated gradient AC/A (calculated: gradient: 0.025) decreased. adjusted times their ratio (all 0.001). subjects shifts lenses; improvements function, motility; a decrease range. relationships between these control effects require further investigation.
