摘要: Purpose – Studying manufacturing process of compressor blade can reduce the production cost and time in aircraft turbo‐engine industries. In cold roll‐forging thin blades, elastic behavior machine structure rolls is considerable due to higher volume roll separating force. Owing this kind deformation during rolling, adjusted gap between rolling dies increased causes unexpected flow material, shape thickness. The purpose paper present a new approach for simulation blades studying effect as well deflection on material force.Design/methodology/approach paper, has been investigated using experimental test by introducing decision‐making flowchart.
