摘要: Growth, body composition and feed utilization were evaluated for Arctic charr fed a control diet nine practical diets formulated to contain three protein levels (34, 44 or 54%) at each of lipid (10, 15 20%). Fish raised 24 weeks 12° C. Increasing either dietary and/or resulted in improved weight gain, efficiency energy retained. Protein ratio retained directly related inversely protein. A sparing effect on was evident where, level, utilized more efficiently with increase lipid. Levels 34% 10% well below the requirements (initial weight, 4.6 g). Within range tested, combination 54% 20% maximized gain fish low liver contents. However, if lowest cost per kg is an important factor, 44% protein—20% would be less expensive use, although it results minor reduction growth potential.
