摘要: Verschiedene Standardwerke der Medizin wie auch Lehrbucher Pathologie sehen die Diagnose „Multiorganversagen“ nicht vor. Der Pathologe stellt relativ uniforme Sektionsbefunde betroffenen Patienten fest, unabhangig vom Grundleiden, das zur Intensivbehandlung fuhrte. BAUE hat dies in seinem Editorial 1975 „Multiple, progressive, or sequential systems failure. A syndrome of the 1970s“ bereits angefuhrt (1) .
