摘要: Systems and techniques to realize pointing tracking applications with CMOS imaging devices. In general, in one implementation, the technique includes: sampling multiple rows columns of an active pixel sensor array into a memory (e.g., on-chip array), reading out sampled provide image data reduced motion artifact. Various operation modes may be provided, including TDS, CDS, CQS, mode read windows, and/or employing sample-first-read-later readout scheme. The can take advantage diagonal switch array. array, integrated onto single imager chip controller. This device part larger system for both space-based terrestrial applications.
