Intrinsic Ferromagnetism in Eu doped ZnO

摘要: We report room temperature ferromagnetism in as-implanted Eu doped ZnO (ZnO:Eu). To address the origin of ab initio calculations ZnO:Eu system are performed. Results show that is induced by point defects as ions perfect tend to align antiferromagnetically.
