摘要: Abstract The purpose of the study was to determine optimum nutrient norms for laterite soils (Ultisols) and assess quantitative relationship soil fertility, leaf nutrients uptake with yield arecanut. At 0–30 cm depth, concentration P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn B established as 15, 192, 925, 179, 37, 88, 26, 5.5 1.4 mg kg − 1 , respectively. Optimum ranges different were found out from second degree polynomial equations. values higher in arecanut tract than generalized guidelines interpretation analysis data. Multivariate data indicated that uptake/removal would explain variability more actual concentrations high relation (R 2  = 0.92–0.98). Stepwise regression identified variables a significant influence on kernel loadings principal component confirmation correlations among yield. clearly establishes direct between status/nutrient findings give scope precision agriculture judicious use inputs.
