In present study, we used immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence staining con-focal scanning methods to characterize immunolocalization MMP-2 MMP-9 RA synovium tissues. Our results showed that both immunostaining could be found synoviocytes vascular endothelial cells. Moreover, our infiltrating CD14 + monocytes CD68 macrophages, macrophages tissues, while weak or negative these MMPs CD20 B cells CD3 T synovium. Thus, finding suggests expressed by certain immune role importantly progression.
