摘要: Lanthanide-doped nanoparticles have been developed as a new class of luminescent nanomaterials. In contrast to conventional bulk phosphors, provide convenient platform for regulation optical emission and integration with other functional groups like biological molecules. Therefore, they generated considerable research interests in fundamental sciences shown promising prospects biotechnology, information technology, energy environment. this chapter, we seek general introduction lanthanide-doped nanoparticle that covers the physical fundamental, chemical synthesis modification, well emerging applications diverse areas, such biology detection therapy, solar conversion, three-dimensional displays.
