摘要: We prospectively examined the associations of nighttime and daytime sleep during third trimester pregnancy with labor duration risk cesarean deliveries in a convenience sample 120 nulliparous women who completed sleep-related questionnaires wore wrist actigraphs for up to 7 days. Nap 24-hour were inversely associated vaginal delivery. Neither actigraphy-derived nor self-reported variables type delivery (e.g., vaginal, cesarean). Results showed beneficial effect on suggest that studies effects outcomes require consideration amount both sleep.
