摘要: Abstract Measurements are presented which correlate the displacements, X(Δ), determined by PGSE NMR, with multi-mode transverse 1 H NMR relaxation of water flowing through a glass bead pack, for dominant mechanism is diffusion inhomogeneous internal magnetic fields. Analytical solution joint amplitude A{X(Δ), T 2k } case laminar flow in circular pipe, diffusion-to-surface mechanism, shows that, other than lowest mode (k = 0), contributions to observed given X(Δ) may involve negative as well positive amplitudes. The experimental measurements shown agree this general conclusion, showing clear evidence presence modes at larger values X(Δ).
