It is not uncommon for patients have given more than one diagnosis and several modalities of treatment before true pathology found. A systematic approach including history, examination specialist investigations will give highest possible chance accurate diagnosis. However, our knowledge hip its causative factors still evolving therefore standard learnt during early medical training should now be replaced with a thorough set questions clinical tests suited active adults.
