摘要: Immunologic function was evaluated in 27 patients with multiple myleoma (MM). When tested for their ability to develop delayed hypersensitivity panel of skin test antigens, 2 out 15 such were found be anergic. The property human peripheral blood T lymphocytes form rosettes sheep [total E and active or early rosette-formimg cells (RFC)] erythrocytes (H-RFC) also studied. In addition, rosette formation mouse (M-RFC) investigated as a B cell marker. Decreased proportions total E-RFC one third the MM when compared normal volunteers. By contrast, both mean percentages ranges E-RFC, H-RFC, M-RFC overlapped those revealed healthy controls. rosette-forming before after treatment levamisole, thymosin, transfer factor controls, well some groups systemic lupus erythematosus Hodgkin's disease. A positive effect all three immunomodulating agents could only demonstrated on from cell-deficient patients. It is suggested that immunodeficiency syndrome associated related malignancies may reflect quantitative possibly selective defects lymphocyte subpopulations.
