摘要: Strategies to promote synergistic responses both urban development issues and climate change adaptation have become central policy advice on adaptation. However, the empirical evidence for effective utilisation of synergies in planning practices is insufficient. Taking Johannesburg as a case study using risks flooding an illustrative example, this qualitative explores how can be realised practices. In specific case, significant synergy possibilities are not observed.
