摘要: Summary The experiment was designed to study the changes in some blood parameters and production performance of old laying hens after injection different doses growth hormone (GH) testosterone (Ts). A total 160 (HyLine W-36) at 73 weeks age were weighed individually randomly allocated four treatments with replicates 10 birds each replicate a completely randomized design. Growth Ts hormones injected subcutaneously. Treatment groups as follows: treatment 1: 100 μl distiled water (control group), 2: 500 μg Ts/kg live-weight + 50 μgGH/kg live-weight, 3: 500 μgTs/kg live-weight + 100 μgGH/kg live-weight 4: live-weight + 150 μgGH/kg live-weight. Plasma levels oestradiol, T4, LDL, HDL cholesterol significantly increased 3 relation control group.
