摘要: Deficits in social and role functioning are central to schizophrenia. Social skills training (SST) family psycho-education (FP) have been widely used psychological treatments intended improve the community of schizophrenic patients, reduce burden on relatives living with patients. This paper is a review recent studies which clinical effects SST FP assessed. consistently improves but there has inadequate assessment transfer patients' day lives. It unclear if clinically significant change patient can be obtained SST. Relative no treatment, interaction between patients their relatives, reduces relapse rates. an important component effective management Future research needs better assess significance SST, negative symptoms functioning, sources considerable individual differences responses both FP.
