摘要: Hexagonal-phase indium tin oxide nanoparticle (h-ITO NP) is a high-temperature and high-pressure phase, its preparation more difficult than the cubic one. In this work, low-resistivity single hexagonal-phase ITO NPs were synthesized through binary solvothermal method of deionized water (DI water) glycerol (GL) at relatively mild conditions combined with post-heat treatment. The effects experimental parameters such as volume ratios DI GL, reaction time temperature on morphology well electrical resistivity h-ITO explored systematically. results showed that can be short 30 min when 200 °C. And also was low 110 °C by an 8-h reaction. lowest 1.258 Ω cm reached ratio to GL 1:1, 200 °C 8 h, respectively. Moreover, mechanism influence analyzed.
