摘要: Most air pollution phenomena occur in the lower part of atmosphere called planetary boundary layer, or PBL. The PBL (which is sometimes friction layer) defined as “the region which experiences surface effects through vertical exchanges momentum, heat and moisture” (Panofsky Dutton, 1984).
