摘要: Synovial fluid and synovial membrane specimens of 11 patients with Chlamydia-induced arthritis (CIA), 24 undifferentiated (UndA), 4 post-enteritic reactive arthritis, 3 Lyme 9 rheumatoid were investigated for the presence Chlamydia trachomatis (C. trachomatis). A single stranded DNA-probe was used nucleic acid hybridization ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from C. trachomatis.
