摘要: The temperature influence on the scattering process between an exciton and a positively charged carrier (polaron or bipolaron) is theoretically investigated using version of Su–Schrieffer–Heeger (SSH) model modified to include temperature, Coulomb interactions, external electric field. In general, it observed that products reactive are spin independent when thermal effects taken into account. For interaction polaron exciton, can be annihilated, subjected temperatures higher than critical value, pass through maintaining both their consistencies, if lower regime considered.
