摘要: Abstract A novel nonenzymatic xanthine (Xa) sensor was developed based on reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/zinc (ZnO)/Zn foil. RGO/ZnO nanocomposites were grown directly the surface of zinc foil through a hydrothermo-assisted redox reaction between (GO) and Zn The as-synthesized RGO/ZnO/Zn foils characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), results confirmed that ZnO nanoparticles dispersed highly inside RGO sheets. used as electrochemical sensor, its performance evaluated cyclic voltammetry differential pulse in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution. This biosensor showed linear response to concentrations ranging from 5 400 μM, with sensitivity 2.10 μA μM −1 cm −2 detection limit 1.67 μM (S/N = 3). present work supplies new insight into one-step preparation graphene/metal composite film conductive metal substrate application an sensor.
