摘要: Long-term intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) infusion is an effective treatment for children with humoral immunodeficiencies, already be complicated by systemic adverse effects. In order to determine the effects of in patients antibody deficiency, 45 immunodeficient receiving were studied during a 36 month period at Children's Medical Center. The investigated group included 25 common variable immunodeficiency, 14 X-linked agammaglobulinemia and 6 IgG subclass deficiency. A total fifty occurred through 955 infusions (5.2%). most frequent immediate mild (40 out 955) 22 cases, including: chills, flushing, fever, nausea headache. Three experienced moderate (10 such as rash, severe headache, joint pain chest tightness. None was anaphylactic type. It can concluded that generally well-tolerated medical agent but all should monitored physician who familiar its indications, risks, their appropriate management.
