摘要: We report a patient in whom cardiac magnetic resonance imaging detected clinically unsuspected pulmonary artery thromboembolus. Follow-up MRI after surgical removal of the thromboembolus showed normal arteries. This case illustrates potential utility detection and follow-up central thromboembolism. (Chest 1989; 95:232-34)
