摘要: Homosynaptic long-term depression (LTD) consists of a persistent nonpathological decrease in synaptic transmission, which is induced by low-frequency stimulation. In vivo, stimulation (1 Hz, 900 pulses) induces LTD Wistar but not Hooded Lister rats. this study, we investigated the influence behavioral learning and state on expression both rat strains. Recordings were taken from freely moving animals that had undergone chronic implantation recording electrode hippocampal CA1 region bipolar stimulating ipsilateral Schaffer collateral–commissural pathway. Exposure strains to stress significant elevation serum corticosterone levels did facilitate expression. However, LFS given during exploration novel environment resulted Lister, enhancement Wistar, Reexposure same result new LTD. Behavioral comparison between first second environmental exposure confirmed habituated environment. These observations strongly implicate an association novelty acquisition
