Enterovesical fistulas in Crohn's disease.

摘要: A total of 19 enterovesical fistulas were recorded in a series 799 patients with Crohn's disease (2.4%). The origin the was: ileum (9), colon (6) and four complex involving small large bowel. Only 13 presented urinary symptoms: pneumaturia haematuria (1) tract infection (3). Four identified incidentally during contrast radiology, one fistula was laparotomy further developed after previous resection for disease. managed conservatively all are asymptomatic, but it is not known whether has healed. Twelve resected: 9 healed, 2 recurred 1 patient died following malignant complicating Early three by bypass or defunction fistula. In cases sepsis persisted resulting mortality. Persistent symptomatic should be treated affected segment bowel primary anastomosis if appropriate. defect bladder closed over an indwelling catheter which removed until there radiological confirmation that healed satisfactorily.
