摘要: The objective of this research was to investigate the load-bearing function fibula in relation donor leg morbidity patients who have had fibular resections. Biomechanical loading experiments were performed on ten anatomic specimens. Force transducers mounted place resected tibial and segments allow load transmission be measured. Load through varied with ankle position. With at neutral position, distribution averaged 7.12% total force transmitted tibia fibula. Maximum loads occurred full dorsiflexion eversion. Resection proximal results a significant reduction distal remnant. values between 0.62% 0.81% transmitted. When cortex screw introduced anchor remnant tibia, partially restored ranging from 1.71% 5.14% depending different positions. These observations suggest that more consideration characteristics should taken into account planning resection operations.
